We keep little stock. Most items are ordered on demand and shipped from our forwarding warehouse based overseas. The product price includes Insurance.
Delivery is FREE for all UK , Spain orders.
Handling time: 1 - 2 working days (phonesmark has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests.)
Orders are delivered to our customers in around 5 - 10 working days with private couriers only. We have a dedicated team to keep things moving quickly, and we will keep you updated on your order via SMS, email & WhatsApp.
Note: When you place an order for a product from Phonesmark, Identity Documents (ID information) may be required for customs clearance.

For whatever reason, if you are unsatisfied with your order within 7 days you can return it to us in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and provide clear and valid proof. Phonesmark will make compensation based on the damage situation.
Missing/Wrong Items Guarantee
If you receive a parcel with missing/incorrect/secondary packing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the relevant proof. Phonesmark will make compensation based on the damage situation.
